Dorota N Haller Experienced marketing, communication, digital and DE&I expert. She has worked for many brands from various sectors, from FMCG to media, entertainment and technology. She served as CMO, among others Medicover, BNP Paribas, PLL LOT and Huawei. From June 1, 2023, she was the marketing director (CMO) at Honor Polska. Together with her teams and agency partners, she has won many prestigious awards, including: marketing Effies at LOT Polish Airlines and Huawei (including two Golden Effies) and PR Złoty Spinacz at BNP Paribas and Huawei.
She is a proud vice-president of IAA Polska, a member of the Superbrands Council, and a member of the international structures of the Marketing Sounding Board of the Star Alliance. She is a juror in Polish and international competitions in the field of marketing communication. In 2022, she sat on the jury of the Teads Global Creative Awards, among others. She is a member of the Program Council of the CMO Club at Digital University. In 2021, she was invited to the Client Advisory Board of Meta (formerly Facebook). She was a juror for Effie many times - she was also the chairwoman of the jury group.
Dorota likes to share knowledge and experience, which is why she eagerly accepts invitations to participate in industry conferences, such as Facebook Marketing Summit, Video Wars by ScreenLovers, the PTBRiO Market and Opinion Research Congress and the European Economic Congress. Dorota is a feminist and activist for equality, diversity and development of women's potential. She is involved in mentoring as part of many development programs for women (including the Vital Voices Foundation and the Business Leaders Foundation). In addition, since July 2021, she has created and hosts the Hallo Haller podcast, where she talks to inspiring women in order to inspire others. In 2022, she completed postgraduate studies at Cambridge University Judge Business School - Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: DEI Strategies for Business Impact. As a member of the management board of IAA Polska, she actively works for the association, is co-responsible for the IAA Power Hour discussion panels and IAA Power Podcasts, and actively acquires new members of the association. In May 2023, Dorota N. Haller was appointed to the Global DEI Council.
