Alexander Smith Head of Corporate Affairs, Knowledge and Information Products, Google
Alexander Smith is the Global Head of Corporate Affairs for Google’s Knowledge & Information team, which includes Google’s Search, Advertising, Maps, Gemini, News, Payments, and Commerce products. He works closely with Google’s product leadership teams to advise on government affairs and public policy. Prior to his current role, Alexander has held a number of leadership positions at Google, including leading Google Fiber’s Deals, Partnerships, and Commercial Procurement team in New York City. He started his career as a lawyer in Sydney, Australia working in complex commercial litigation and has extensive experience across the public and private sectors.
