Jennifer Ong is the founder of the HAPA®️ Group. Established in 1994, HAPA®️ was created to produce quality hospitality, retail, travel and lifestyle publications for the region. Throughout her 30-year journey in the business of hospitality, Jennifer successfully created four brands specialising in Media, Awards, Events, and Training, each subsequently rebranded as HAPA®️ TV, HAPA®️ Awards, HAPA®️ Events, and HAPA®️ Academy.
Driven by her passion for transformation and growth, and an intrinsic understanding of human cognition, Jennifer embarked on the creation of her own educational institution, "The MIND Academy," aptly named as a "School of Life", and pursued her certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), emerging as an internationally recognised Certified NLP Trainer and Master Coach. Jennifer conducts training and personal coaching where she works with her clients to overcome limitations, shatter boundaries, and achieve results.
