She also manages the product lifecycle and market adaptation of the agency’s products in partnership with specialist teams, ensuring that clients have relevant and viable products that help solve business challenges. Aarti is also a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Aarti co-leads EmpowHer, GroupM APAC’s employee resource group for women, with a vision to make advertising work better for people by achieving gender parity across all levels of the organization.
