Aarti Bharadwaj is Senior Vice President, Product Integration, APAC at EssenceMediacom, the newest and largest agency that is committed to delivering marketing breakthroughs for brands.
As EssenceMediacom’s product integration lead in the region, Aarti spearheads the development and adoption of the agency’s suite of products across clients. She drives thought leadership in product areas, ensuring that EssenceMediacom stays ahead in industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. She also manages the product lifecycle and market adaptation of the agency’s products in partnership with specialist teams, ensuring that clients have relevant and viable products that help solve business challenges.
Aarti is also a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Aarti co-leads EmpowHer, GroupM APAC’s employee resource group for women, with a vision to make advertising work better for people by achieving gender parity across all levels of the organization. As a woman in STEM and product leadership, she drives programs and initiatives to work with the people teams and help attract, retain and develop diverse talent.
